RDI is hosting a Rural Skill Builder training at Best Western Plus in Hood River, Oregon, on Saturday, April 7, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for rural leaders and community builders from across the region. 
Rural communities are facing complex issues. Building new and advanced skills gives those who work on behalf of rural places the tools needed to be effective leaders.
