Register now for the next Rural Skill Builder training to be held in Burns, Oregon, on Friday, September 21, for rural leaders and community builders from across Harney, Lake, Malheur, and Grant Counties and beyond. With a theme of the Rural Advantage, the training will be held at the Old Lincoln Junior High, 550 N Court Ave.
